Cellc debits

Cellc is robbing their customers , they say they put a cap of R1 which is true but when the Bill comes they debit 5x more then they suppose to. I've called cellc of 20 times to get this issue resolved but every consultant I've spoken to couldn't help me , I've even went into the store I've open my account which was Westwood in durban still no help so I had to eventually stop them from debiting my account which then resulted in them disconnecting my account.
