Cellc debited my account then charge me again for the same month

I have been a cellc customer for a long time now. Just to find out that I am in a arrears on my account. This is not the service they promise because my account was debit just like any other month and now I'm being charged twice for the same month. You are ******* and you brake your contracts with your clients this is unacceptable.
