CellC debit order
Cell C is consistently allowing the monthly debit order to be deducted before my selected date of the last day of every month they send the debit order either 2 or 3 days before on the 28th thus sometimes the debit order goes unpaid and i have to pay an additional R 70 penalty every time this happens. UNACCEPTABLE.
This happened almost 5 or 6 times last year already and twice this year even after I have verified with Cell C that their debit order MUST only be deducted on the last day of each month they seem to ignore this.
Cell C thus owes me a lot of money for their mistakes over a period of 5 years. I will be reporting this to the consumer counsel and ombudsman.
HAD ENOUGH OF THESE COMPANIES JUST DOING WHAT THEY PLEASE.
