CellC Customer Service shocking!
I have had a contract with CellC for many years, they change the conditions of the contract to suite themselves with no prior notification, monthly debit orders vary and the staff who answer the phone - well the service is totally appalling! I asked when my contract expired and Ntabiseng could not work out a year from today (May 2015)!!! Shocking service!
