CellC customer service

I called the “customer service “ centre twice and the first person said she could not help me and I was to call back. The second person I spoke to called me a **** that my internet had not worked today as my number had been blocked. I’m horrified at the level of service as I have many a customer for many years and pay my account diligently every month. Now I need help and I cannot get anyone to help me
