CellC *****ing the public

So yesterday I have loaded my son's phone with R100 so that I can buy data for him for that amount using the CellC app. I went ahead and actually bought data for him for this amount through the CellC app. Today, the data is not reflecting on my son's balance and CellC is not prepared to do anything about this. Looks like CellC is in the business of making as much money as possible from people. This in itself is not bad. It gets bad when you take money, you don't provide value and you refuse to make amends. So CellC is also on the bandwagon of how to take as much money from people and try and get away with giving them nothing - no value. Disgusting behaviour really.
