ood Day,
I would like to lodge a complaint against 2staff members who screamed at me i store and were absolutely rude. I have a video recording them talking back and interrupting me while trying to get help.
My conclusion is they behaved this was because they are Xenephobic and also because they were rushing to go home as it was in the afternoon.
I have lost my sim card and needed help with doing a sim swop, I could not remember details and so they told me they cant help me. I went to store with my ID And proof of residence so I dont understand why I cant be helped. DO i need to get a affidavit as I barely use the sim card so I will not remember my last 4dial numbers as they were last dialed in march early.
I dont like how I was treated and I need help getting a sim swop. I want an apology from those two cresta staff members and I want them reprimanded. I also need to do a swim swop.

We regret to hear about the unpleasant experience that you have had. It is certainly not what we aspire to.
Unfortunately, you would have to pass the security check by answering the questions that would be asked at the store, as the sim swap cannot be performed without passing the security check.

THis is a contradiction to trying to protect your customers. ALso you speak nothing of reprimanding the two team members i want a verbal apology for the treatment i got. and in the event you fail the security questions what other protocols do you have in line? must i get a affidavit?

20 Apr 2021, 15:27The questions can vary, however we always recommend that you take your ID with, should it be requested. However, even with your ID present, you would still be required to answer additional questions.

I am asking what is the way forward when do I get my apology? when I go back to store who can I escalate this matter to to make sure I am properly assisted? what is your divisional managers email address? no has bothered to give me a curtesy call. YOur inadequate service is now here in writing.
