Cellc Contract upgrade issues

<p>Well after a few years of being a customer of cell c and having 4 contract with them, I wanted to start closing my contracts. I changed my mind and decided I would go for an upgrade rather only to get turned around, they couldnt offer me the contract i wanted due to my account being in arrears. According to my invoices everything was and is paid up. They instead offered me a piece of **** contract. So now im back at that point where i would rather cancel my contract at the end of the term. unfortunate!</p>
