CellC Contract Cancellation

I am fed up with this company. I have been trying to cancel my contract for months. Each time the same story. They say I must pay my account, which is then done. Then I phone the department to cancel the contract. They then assure me the contract will be cancelled. At the end of the month though, the bill me again for a new month. And the process starts again. Totally unprofessional and will never recommend CellC to anyone.
