CELLC contract cancellation

I send an e-mail on 21 April 2015 to cell c instruction them that I whant to cancel my two contact with them, one in June and one in July 2015, to my SUPRIZE this morning 29 June 2015 that my first contract has not been canceld after I called Cell C three times to make sure it will be canceld and after I receive two calls from Cell C the reason for cancelation. I hope that some in Cell C will be compitant and call me before I call cell C tommorow, as I have proof of the email send twice if not three times, and please listen to the recordings and check the calls I received from cell C. One call was the last week of the month May 2015 and again the 2nd week of June 2015 reason for cancelation
