Cellc contract
I sent through a complaint a month ago, and i was told it was being looked at. To my surprise my account has been handed over to legal with an outstanding balance inflating each time i receive a call from legal.
Please can i get traction on the initial matter logged urgently!

The communication you sent I haven't received so as you said now the balance is R262.08 and the lady who called me she said she will call back again and didn't call me back so I will pay the amount into my account and please advice ur legal teams to removed my name because this was not caused by me it's your team .
