Cellc contract

Good morning I did a contract with some guy called Ashley. We agreed with a contract of R289 hauwei nova I was surprised my first deduction was R500 and something they said I must pay it cause already the uploaded benefit the said the next month I will pay R359 then thats when I will start to pay my 289 now as we speak R359 must be paid, why this company is so ********* I can't be betrayed like this.
