CellC contract

I'm a cell c customer and previously I've been happy with their service. My fist phone I took as a contract and I paid it up. This was taken in store and I never encountered any problems. Last yr I took another contract and I was called by an agent in Durban to upgrade. This was the biggest mistake ever to agree on this deal over the phone becouse every communication I understand it's recorded. My debit amounts for some reason changed I paid more than what she stated.I was furious and another thing I was not even offered an insurance I was told that I had to call for an insurance. I've been loyal to cell c to be treated like this. Infact I want to pay it and not do business with them again.Thursday I received a call from another call agent frm Durban , Sheridien Ratali , telling me about discounts I can get when I'm dining out / movies etc . They negotiate on my behalf to pay less. I was told some info would be sent to my email but nothing happened till today. I was told the amount would be added on my cell c acc. When I checked the reviews on the app the guy said I could down load. Pple were complains that it's not working and no bookings were done and the service is poor. I don't want to experience the same. I need answers. Coz these agents all they are after is getting a sale
