Cellc contract

Hi I'm Thobani Mthembu I'm writing for the second time now here complaining about the same company which is Cellc. I always reversed my money cz they keeps on dedicating money on my account they don't want to end my contract. My Cellc data contracts end 2020 June then August I phoned Cellc they said my account is now on prepaid then they kept on deducting then this year July I phoned again they said they made mistake 1st time now it is end but they kept on deducting. I'm tired of you Cellc you don't do your job you're robbing people your service is very poor. As I kept on reversing my money you transferred me to other company called shakes and shakes they always phone me and tell me that I owe cellc something like R4000 myself I'm surprised because I'm not even use that sim card because I'm fed up with you.
