CellC continues to ignore my requests

I wrote a previous complaint on the useless service of CellC fibre. I get a call 2days ago... It is supposedly been sent to management and they will call me... What a joke..... Nothing and they charge me for my full month... No internet now from the 30th...CellC continues to ignore me... I am sick of this... Thanks for both nothing Cell C... I have to travel to my old house to try and do work on the floor...
