Cellc Contact account not being resolved for Monthssssd

I am very frastrated with Cellc, i paid my contract in full in February 2022 which ot was handed over to SSDA in 2021. i onlt receiveed a paid up letter from Cellc on the 21st of April 2022 after i wrote here and not being assist via they centre for weeks. The letter stated it will clear my name with the credit beauros within 15 working days which that has not been done,. to my suprise tiodat the 21 of June 2022 i receive an email credit solutions services taht my account was handed over to them yesterday on the 20th of June 2022. Hayboooooo how??? the amount was paid i even received an estatement dated 03 June 2022 from Cellc showing that my balance is R0.00 this is ruining my credit record nooo guys i am literally crying .
