Cellc consultants know how to make you run around

Hi,<br> <br> I called cell c last about one of their deals so *****ba Mkhonto was the one who was handling my contract and asked if i could please send her my docs in which i did but i had sent them to the wrong email address till i got the right one. then when i called this morning as i was speaking to one of the agents they told me that my application was not processed but yet she had said to me everything was good to go expert that i needed to send her my docs in which i did. and now when i try to get hold of her shes not even replying me on my email. she didn't even say she saw the docs or not.
