Cellc consultant mislead and provided false information about the data sim card

I took up data sim card with Cellc last week at which previously I had one but I was struggling with connection in my area so the consultant advised and reassured me that the new orange Sim cards are LTE so it will definitely connect. I decided to use the Sim card yesterday it worked but was struggling then this morning it didn't connect at all. I called for assistance at Celc Technical for which they did try to assist but it's still doesn't want to connect yet I did mention to this guy about the connectivity issue in my area but insisted that it will work. Another issue is that he told me that this type of contract is a month to month but I only find out now from a consultant at cancelations that this contract is a 24 months contract and I never wanted any 24 months contract. The consultant mislead me as a client and sold me a product that was not the one he said it was and according to Fais regulations the consultant didn't adhere to the Act. He also told me that I cancel anytime but then now they're telling me there's a 30days period they're still going to debit yet I CANNOT CONNET, HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO USE THE DATA THAT I AM GOING TO BE DEBITTED FOR? Please listen to the sales call and I want a copy of it too because I am not willing to pay for something that will not work, I will pay for whatever I've used and cancel the contract as per sales call or conversation I had with the sales consultant. I am not willing to wait for another 30days for you guys to debit me for something I cannot use. Again, the product supp**** to the customer should be working efficiently but if not I cannot pay for something that doenst work. Go back to Fais act on treating customer fairly not misleading or proving false information just to sell the product
