CellC connection issues
My negative review of CellC had one positive outcome (They did contact me) BUT sadly my migration issues have not been resolved I still cannot connect to LTE/4G in Simbithi Eco Estate and large parts of Ballito. CellC is having huge network migration problems, seriously do your homework before signing a contract with CellC especially in the Ballito area. Must add that the issue is not only data I have limited voice and SMS capability when in this area :-( :-(

I’m very sorry that you are not getting the service you expect but I’m going to escalate this to CISI or something similar. This has been escalate so much that by now my complaint must be in orbit.
