CellC company has turned to be ****** & **** these days

I've been a cell C customer for almost 04 years,, but now I am so disappointed about the treatment I got when I informed them ylthat I need not to extend the contract.

I started calling CellC late January informing them that I am not extending contract as it was ending in February 2023. Since then they are telling me that they have cancelled,, but when is 1st of new month they deduct. I called again in March, same thing happened my money was deducted in April I canceled but nothing happened because on the 1st of May I got message with data again. I don't know how to stop being a CellC customer because CellC signal is poor where I stay. No matter how many times I have cancelled,, whenever other consultant assist me will tell that I'll have to wait for 30 days before my cancelation is active, but still they don't do their job,, I am so hurt and I can't advise people to take contract with CellC the way they iltreated me. 03 months full I've been paying for contract I have no need for anymore.
