CellC come to the party please.

I write a review on CellC again concerning the issue of getting a copy of printed call records from their archives dating back to 2004. I wrote to them on 14 July and I was not happy with their reply and wrote again later in July. Again the response was not satisfactory and I wrote to Hellopeter on 04 August. The so-called response was supposedly made the same day and was private. But there was no reply, either to my email inbox or Hellopeter platform. I am not so sure if CellC still exists with all the reports in the media but archives cannot disappear when a company goes bust. I want to remind CellC I am still waiting.
