Cellc clowns

Tracey here I'm ****ing fed up with your Cellc clowns why is it taking so much ****ing effort to do a sim swap they send me up an down I'm ****ing a single mother but have to take my money for taxi fair up an down but just can't get my own number back. My ****ing number is *** that's the number I want to do a sim swap on I need to get my number back immediately

What the **** u talking about ***** on my SIM card I was 100 ****ing times at Cellc in Kenilworth they ****ing sended me to Cavendish Cellc what the **** is wrong an by the way I ****ing don't have travelling to go to Cellc Kenilworth course u know what Cellc is a ****ing Big Problem the ****ing worst network Ever

Every time i come at Cellc Kenilworth they say they offline or they just can't help me i was so many times at Cellc Kenilworth it's just unbelievable Kenilworth Cellc sended me to Cavendish square Cellc and they also couldn't help me there just imagine all the traveling I must give out course I'm in grassy park i think they taking me for a fool

We’d like to escalate this matter and find out why both stores were unable to assist you. Could you please confirm the date and time of your visits, as well as any feedback they provided on why they couldn’t process the SIM swap? This will help us address the issue with the relevant teams and get you the assistance you need.

It was on the last Saturday of last month that was the last time i was there at Kc Cellc alot of times it was early in the morning I dont know what the .... is wrong with Cellc really

Yes I do I don't have travelling for the 20th time to go to Kenilworth centre so what must I do now course I've been ****ing wasting so much money for ****ing nothing

As u can think for yourself if I come there what they gonna say they either offline or they gonna make up any excuse Im so ****ing ever sorry i used Cellc yoh it's just so ****ing unbelievable you'll never understand imagine not showing our conversation don't make any sense then I'm just back to square one
