Cellc, cheated me with my upgrade.
I upgraded my data contract on the 08/10/2015, paying R99 amonth, 2gb day data & 3 gb nite. I was told by the saleslady I would receive a free huawei router when upgrading which was on promotion.On the 31.01.16 I see I am now being charged for the router which is totaly unfair, I asked also the saleslady 3 times if she was sure its free and she yes I will not be paying for it jus the normal R99 amonth Fee. Whos fooling who. Please assist cellc.
