Cellc charging extra for content services/subscriptions

Cellc has been charging me extra for content service/subscription with I haven't taken. This has happen three times. The first time I paid the extra even though I never took any other services as I told them at cellc I was using the data sim for social media only. So now it happen again last month where I had too pay an extra 200rand or so and now I must still pay another extra 170 at the end of this month again. In the beginning I told the person who gave me this contract that I want if capped and o don't want to pay more 359 a month I was promised that but I seem to always be paying extra. If they don't refund me im going to cancel this contract with them
