CellC charged me for an international sms I did not send

<p>CellC failed to help me when I'm reporting to them that they charging me for something I did not do. They charged me because they say I sent an international sms and it is from my simcard but the simcard was inserted to a mordem, how come someone can send an sms with the usb mordam? I have been told that based on their IT department findings i must pay the money even if it was not me who sent the sms because it was sent from my simcard. This is so wrong and what is painful is that they do not care about me. The same issue happened last year and I explain that is was not me agian this month happened.</p>
