CellC cellphone insurance

<p>I have been going back and forth with the Cell C insurance team regarding a claim I paid access for for over 3 weeks now. The incompetence of their agents and ridiculous prices from whatever suppliers they use is appalling. They have gotten my order wrong more than once and never even bothered to call me back to let me know that they have to redo anything. I have called them over 20 times and I still haven't recieved my handset to this day. You should really find other administrators for your insurance division. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has had this problem. The department is useless and unprofessional.</p>
