CellC cant sort out our or their own problems
Oh my, it looks like CellC is going down the drain now. Four times in a row, the service consultants has put the phone down in my ear, only because I wanted to find out why they handed my account over to attorneys. First I received a notification that my account has been handed over to an attorneys company. I phoned the attorneys company to find out why. According to them, my account is in arrears with R264 odd rands. Now I am getting a little annoyed, seeing that I received my Statement on the 4th February 2024 and paid the amount of R1300 (R169,66 more than what was on the statement) on the 9th February 2024. My balance on the account is now only due on the 29 February 2024. When I phoned CellC and spoke to the service consultant Palessa, she put the phone down in my ear after I have explained to her that they have not yet allocated my payment that was made on the 9th Feb 2024. I phoned back and speak to another lady at the Customer Service desk who told me that she cannot put me through to Palessa nor her Supervisor. After I asked her why she does not help me herself, she also hanged up the phone. Whaooo! Is this how CellC is sorting out THEIR problems these days. After about 25 years of being a loyal customer at CellC, I think it is time to move on. During my time I had about 6 contracts at once with CellC... but jip, I think I'll move on.
