CellC can’t find payment for over a month.

Can someone please prioritise my request. It’s taken almost a month and counting for CellC to find my payment and send me the paid up letter.

It’s over a month for CellC to find payment but quick to report you when you missed a payment. Absolutely shocking service from this ISP.
