Cellc Cant deliver my contract Phone

Hi<br> <br> I app**** for a contract at Cellc and my application was succesfull, they promised to deliver my item and never did. I have been trying to call their customer care and they will make me wait for hours and when they answer they just say hello and drop the phone.<br> I am considering cancelling this contract with them.<br> <br> How can they not tell me if they cant deliver?<br> <br> Is this the kind of service i am going to get going foward?<br> <br>
