Cellc Cannot repair phone i must take it to SONY

Good day ,<br> We took out a contract with Cellc and not with SONY,Contract was taken out in December 2015 and it is only 4 months now and we having a issue with the phone, we booked in the phone at cellc lakeside mall and it took them 2 weeks to get back and tell us we cannot repair phone as it has liquid damage, we must take it to SONY, where the hell is SONY in SA, as per contract the phone has a warranty of 12 months, we want this phoned fixed and we are not going to run around looking for SONY when it is Cellc to sort out the problem. if we bought this phone cash ,which is R19000 and this now happened , that means that Cellc will tell us go away and find SONY to sort this out because the sale was already made, we cannot help you, this is what is happening here , we are being pushed away when we our phone repaired.
