Cellc-cancellation of a contact

I have cancelled my contract with Cellc last year around October/November but cellc is still debting my account. They have their phones but they still debting me for something that I've never used nor have it with me. I tried to call customer service for assistance but I'm not wining it seems as if no one is welling to help yet my account is been debted each month
