Greetings, my name is Tasneem Sheik, and I have been a devoted customer of CellC for more than ten years. However, I am not happy with their service as of late because they offered me a deal for a Samsung Galaxy Z4 fold phone at R599 along with a Samsung galaxy watch. This was meant to be an upgrade on my previous contract, but they treated it like a new one, charged me twice as much, and still didn't give me the Samsung watch. They said it was an error on their end, but they haven't fixed it and have continued to charge me twice the agreed-upon amount.
