Cellc c messing with my credit score

Cell C is the worst company I have ever come across. I canceled my contract with them I December 2021 after months of me fighting with them to cancel the contract. Eventually I reported it on hello Peter then I was told my contract will be canceled. NOW my issue is they still appear on my Credit bureau. When I now ask for my paid up letter I am given the run around. If they can't give me the letter I want them to send my all the call recordings where I said the contact must be canceled.
