Cellc bunch of bandits

I think cell c is fond of misleading the public in their advertising. I purchased black data bundle thinking it was black friday promotional data bundle. Needless to say I could not use it for normal web browsing or download. Apparently they decided to launch their black portal on the same day as black friday to confuse the public. Beware people BLACK DATA is not the same as DATA. I called in to the contact center and was put through an obnoxious consultant and never got transferred to the manager when I asked to chat to the manager. I did ask for cellc to convert the R150 bundle to a normal data bundle as i have no desire to use their black portal or process a refund, but they refused to do so. Beware people you need a set top box in order to use the black data promo bundle. Without one the black data bundle is useless. Now I'm sitting with R150 of worthless black data. They should be validating their customers to ensure that the customer is already subscribed for black content to ensure it is a sensible sale.

Well done cell c. Do what you do best and continue pilfering money with misleading promos!!
