Cellc bull****ters.

I app**** a few days ago, received a sms that I was Approved(not pre approved) so I was excited so this morning I phoned them to continue just tell me that's its untrue and don't approve mez it felt like someone took a carrot and broke. It off my ass that's how angry I was. I even emailed and followed the call Centre and they even said I must phone the number that's in the doors and make a big issue because I am so angry. I was excited, needed a new phone because mine is 3 years and bad condition. And can afford it I think it was like R499 so all the airtime I load to get data is over a R1000 months so just that says I can afford it. But I mean who gives cellc the right to say you approved and the next day nothing, I want my contract at my closest store with a very good phone tomorrow, because I am approved. I wait for you to call me cellc to tell me go to Telkom Alberton now and that means tomorrow.. My number is ***. I will take it further if by 5 tomorrow I don't have my phone
