CELLC BLOCKS ME FROM TAKING ANOTHER CONTRACT

I settled my cellc account in 2021 but even today it still negatively showing on my credit score as an active account hence its blocking me from taking another contract. Fought and fought but I wasn't assisted. I guess I will have another contract phone again
