CELLC BAD SERVICE NO RESPONSE

Someone had taken out cellphones on my name **********ly which I had no knowledge of in 2018..someone obtained my documents and took 2 cellphone contracts on my name after almost 2 and a half years cellc finally removed it from itc after hundred emails and calls...a month ago due to the heavy weather storms our building is almost falling down and I tried to apply for a loan to fix my house than the banker tells me I'm listed for ***** under SAFPS...so I gave SAFPS a call they told me to contact cellc and tell them to remove the ***** listing from my name or put me as a victim... I've sent over 16 emails to cellc ***** department and yet there's no response whatsoever I really need someone from cellc to remove my ***** status or make me a victim as my life is damaged and I cannot do anything because of this...how can cellc do this to me and not resolve my issue which has been going on for the past 4 years now seriously cellc my life is getting bad because of this
