CellC bad service! Never sign with CellC!

On the 19th of June I canceled my contract with CellC, shortly after a consultant contacted me and I made it clear, on record, that I would like to cancel 2 of my 3 contracts. The consultant assured me that the 2 contracts have been canceled since I payed enough to cancel them. Now I have a statement saying that I have to make payments for the contracts I canceled. I lodged a complaint on twitter DMs and after two weeks of waiting they called. The consultant who called me is m. mo***eng! The audacity this boy has telling me i should pay because i used the benefits, when I ask him why were the benefits loaded after I canceled the 2 contract, he gets cheeky with me telling me I should have notified them that the benefits were loaded, when I ask him why doesn't the system notify them when it loads benefits to canceled contracts he gets more cheeky with me trying to force me to agree to what he is saying. I have never had good experience with CellC from the moment I signed with them. The experience has been appalling. I truly and honestly regret getting a contract with them! All I want now is a copy of my contracts, a recording of the consultant who assured me that my contracts were canceled, a copy of Consumer Protection Act and legal advice.
