Cellc bad service

Terrible network quality in my area, I cannot even make calls to the call center to cancel my month to month.

I am also trying to cancel this get more thing, tried calling them, they do not have any record of me on their database. My cell number is registered to someone else, surely this is very concerning. Cellc this is terrible service for a product you are administering, I want this closed and do not want you debiting my account moving forward. Please convert my number to prepaid.

I had reached out two days ago via email to get assistance and still have not had any feedback.
