CellC Bad service ~ Especially the Call centre

I have a problem ~ Certain numbers cannot make a call to my CellC number.<br> I call the call centre and then they ask me all the security questions. <br> Finally they can listen to what my problem is....<br> They give me a call unbarring code: ##02# to use once the call is complete. <br> Tried that but is does not work. Same numbers are having the same problem.<br> I call again, same old security questions and finally they are ready to hear what I want to say.. and I provide a CellC number and an MTN number that is experiencing the problem connecting to my number..<br> New question..... did you reboot your phone after entering ##002#.... Hello if that is a requirement why did the first operator not tell me to do this in the first place..<br> <br> Now the line drops....
