Cellc bad service

Cell c i am very dissapointed with this company , i dont even know were to start, i called cell c wanting to upgrade asking about their deals while i was busy talking to the agent on the phone,my phone went dead on me , when i switched it on i see a message confirming a delivery without me telling the agent he must give me the phone . Guys till today the matter is still not resolved .
