CellC bad service and empty promises

Since i wrote my review on the 4th of March 2024, On the 5th of March 2024 a cellC consultant called me and asked me why did i post a review in a harsh manner when she said she will assist she further advised that she lodged a call with their relevant department to issue out the paid letter until to date the paid up letter is not yet provided to me.

This month marks the fifth (5) month i have paid CellC and without them providing me with what is due to me.

Cell C must compensate me. it does not give me joy to keep on posting for them to do their duties and doing right by their clients.
