Cellc Bad service

Am so fed up and dissapointed By the cellc service 😭So I once app**** for a sim only contract and they called me So i compared the prices with unlimited fibre then i decided not to take the sim the agent was so convincing until i agreed now I had to Call and write emails because the guy didnt deliver my sim reason being he couldnt find the location for almost two days Yersteday they came where i work to deliver the parcel not mine but for our company i had to ask if he doesnt have my parcel he totally forgot about it he said so cool

now the problem is my sim cant receive calls ussd was not working i wrote an email today in the morning then after an hour i recived an sms that my sim is working then the ussd was functioning Now i bought airtime using my banking app even now i havent received it I called them then the agent told me that my sim card did not pass the Verification check ,my question is how can the sell sim card that is not verified ??? am i a fool??? now i want to cancel this contract

Dont ever do a contract at cellc better go for Mtn,vodacom and telkom
