Cellc bad service

I had a very bad experience with cell c i have been paying my cellphone contract on time, even through level5 while i was still at home and not getting a salary i still managed to pay my cell phone contract. Sometime in August i got a call from a lady claiming that she is calling from cellc under get more she told me that my account wont be in arrears. I have never used get more services and yet cellc had the nerve to charge me the arrears and also called the call center they have been giving me the run around spoke to the supervisor from get more i forgot her name I also spoke to Basetsana she's an agent from cellc she told me that she will be escalating the matter even now am still waiting, cellc still continued to add charges on my account and also arrears as well they even disconnected my services. Till today no one from cellc is helping me or giving a positive response
