Cellc bad customer service

Cellc is full of ****!! Got offered a new data simcard with a router but they delivered a used router, dirty and without the stick on plastic with the password, called them like 3 times for a pick. The router and simcard got delivered on the 7th of January but since then haven’t been assisted
