CellC avoiding to cancel contract
Got an Sms that my contract end on the 7th of September 24,and if I don't cancel I'll be billed. Called Cell C last month to try and cancel the contract to avoid unnecessary billing. Cell C advise that I can't cancel as yet and must call again next month. A month passed so I called and tried to cancel again but I was told that I need to call again tomorrow the 7th as my contract only ends on the 7th of September and I can't cancel before the 7th of August. Just fell like Cellc is using tricks to avoid people from canceling contracts so that they can bill them after the contract expires
