CELLC AT IT AGAIN WITH THE BILLING

Hi,<br> <br> I have now called on numerous occasions regarding my CELLC account of which i was informed its closed.<br> Herewith lies the problem.<br> When i called in to inquire as to what the settlement amount is as well as the amounts still outstanding i was given a figure of both numbers of which i paid. On all these occasions after being handed from pillar to post i was advised of the same amount and stressed on getting the correct figures.<br> Now CELLC has taken it upon themselves to send me a statement of monies owing of which i was not aware of.<br> I refuse to be billed on the accounts i had due to negligence on CELLCs part.<br> I will not pay this. I want this resolved.<br> I am now sick and tired of always having to call in and not having any proper assistance from anyone. This has got to stop.<br>
