Cellc arrears on account

I have a listing on my credit report saying my cellc old closed account *** is in arrears of R531 for over a year now with no update, the account was in arrears before being closed and i continued making payments to Cellc after that to settle those arrears. i have tried numerous time to contact their queries department through email and telephone with all efforts fruitless. how difficult can it be to get a statement of the moneys you say i am owing so i can settle it?
