CellC are ******! Sending wrong phones and debiting your account while waiting for them to collect the wrong phone

I App**** for an iphone 15 pro max and they delivered an iphone 15. I called them on the same day and they promised to fetch the wrong phone from me and that was beginning of November. I called them again after realising they are not fetching the phone and was told that my previous request to collect the phone was cancelled and they could not tell me why. I have called them 4 times already and each time the collection gets cancelled. What has ****ed me off is that they went and debit my account for the same phone! I called them again and they said they will collect the phone after the 3rd Jan and then return my money! Guys Cellc are ******, they send wrong phones purposely and start debiting your account for a phone that is still sealed and waiting for them to pick up. Ehats even more annoying is each yine you book for collecting they even give you a booking number but after that they cancel it and dont notify you of the reasons of cancelling the pick up.

Hi

I have just returned your call and im being told that the cooling off period has lapsed and the case had hern closed! Guys you cant tell me that *******! I started calling you the day the wrong phone was received and your system generate reference numbers and you should be able to see how much i have contacted you regarding this wrong phone ! This is today’s reference *** and please check for all from beginning of November .

Good day. I have been getting calls on a daily basis from your social media department to check if the wrong phone has been collected, and the phone had not been collected. Can you please make sure that i dont get blacklisted for your mess up. This contract was supposed to not have taken place should the phone been collected early November when i first made the call to you. Now this account is already listed with ITC when the contract is not even active on my end.

Good day, the phone is still not picked up and im going back to work next week. I will now have to he up and down with this phone and i will not be held liable should it go missing. From Next week Monday, this phone cannot be fe ted from my home address as i wont be home but at work. I repeat, should this phone go missing i will not he held liable. You guys are doing exactly the same thing you did in November when i called tight through to have this phone picked up from me and its been 2months now you are still playing games. What is so difficult in arranging pick up! No wonder you delivered the wrong phone to me! Your service is just pathetic. Remove this account under my name on ITC!

I will take this matter further. Now i get a call for you saying that RAM came to pick up the phone but i cancelled on my end. This is the song CellC had been singing from beginning of November when i was calling to request collection of this phone and each time i followed up i was told the collection was cancelled and noone could explain why! Now the same song is being sang that i cancelled the collection on my end? How ? With Who? Mess with my credit profile and i will sue you! Cellc is just useless! ****** useless!
