CellC approving unauthorized transactions

I got an SMS from Cell C stating the following:

OTP number:***X. Your Cell C contract is almost approved. Please call 084 151, option 1, if you did not apply. Cell C

Now I have never app**** for a contract from cell c..

I need to state unequivocally that I have not app**** for a contract and I would like this address. I would also like written correspondence as to how my \contract"is almost approved when I never app**** for anything"
